With over 10 years in the fitness industry, I’ve helped hundreds of women transform their bodies—and their lives—through movement and a powerful ‘can-do’ mindset.
I’m a Level 2 & 3 qualified PT, Kettlebell L1 certified, and proud to have been a finalist in both the Mighty Women Awards (2019) and NI B-Fit Awards (2025) for Female PT of the Year.
Empowering women is at the heart of what I do. I believe exercise is a tool for building confidence, self-worth, and lasting wellbeing. My goal is to help women achieve what they once thought was out of reach—through strength, resilience, and body positivity. I focus on realistic goals that fit your lifestyle and pride myself on being honest, relatable, and genuinely invested in each client’s journey.
I absolutely love what I do—nothing brings me more joy than seeing my clients glow and grow in confidence, inside and out.

I’m a mum of three boys (plus one very needy—but gorgeous—furry boy!). Before stepping into the fitness world, I spent 20 years working in public service, and before that, I flew as cabin crew.
I’m incredibly passionate about mental health awareness. My own journey through loss, grief, trauma, and hormone imbalance led me to seek support through physical exercise—with Esther as my coach. That experience opened my eyes to just how powerful movement can be—not only for the body, but for the mind.
I found strength in fitness, and even more in the support of like-minded women. The community I discovered extended beyond the gym, creating friendships and support systems that helped me truly thrive.
Now, I’m committed to helping other women experience the same. I believe in creating a calm, caring space where self-care, mental wellbeing, and physical fitness go hand in hand. Alongside Esther and our amazing team, our goal is to offer a gym that feels like comfort, confidence, and camaraderie—a place where every woman belongs.
With over 20 years in public service, I bring strong, transferable skills in leadership, organisation, budgeting, procurement, HR, and customer service. I also have experience in sub-managing teams, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality service—all essential to successfully co-owning and running a gym.

I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer with a Foundation Degree in Sport Science and Exercise. I offer 1-to-1 and small group sessions, along with nutrition and weight management support tailored to your goals.
I specialise in pre/postnatal, perimenopausal, and postmenopausal training, and hold a Level 2 qualification in Older and Active exercise.
My own journey began after being diagnosed with ASD. Exercise helped me improve my mental health and wellbeing—and now I’m passionate about helping other women do the same.
I believe in creating long-lasting, personalised fitness plans that empower women to feel strong, confident, and joyful at every stage of life.
I’m also planning to return to university to study dietetics, expanding my knowledge to support you even further.

I danced through my teenage years and have always been a gym lover—fitness has been my escape in the chaos of life. I’m a wife, mum to three amazing kids (and two fur babies!), juggling a full-time job while making time for my passion: movement.
Dance and Step aerobics have always been my thing. When Esther shared her vision for Glow Up, I knew I had to be part of it. We agreed my strength lies in bringing energy, rhythm, and fun to fitness, so I’ve been creating classes and earning my Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification.
Like many women, I’m still on my own fitness journey. At 46 years young, I understand the challenges—but I believe in showing up, doing our best, and having fun. Fitness isn’t just about how we look—it’s about feeling strong, confident, and empowered.
Through Dancefit and our signature Glow Up Energy Class, I’m here to help you move, sweat, smile, and most of all—Glow Up.

I'm also a competitive Bikini Bodybuilder, and that discipline fuels the dedication I bring to every client.Fitness has transformed my life.
Growing up, I struggled with body confidence and often felt uncomfortable in my skin. I started training to change how I looked — but found so much more. I gained confidence, mental clarity, strength, and happiness.That’s why I do what I do. My mission is to help others unlock that same life-changing power through fitness.
I work closely with clients to achieve real, lasting results — not just in the mirror, but in the mind. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, or simply feel better in your body, I’ll be with you every step. Together, we’ll create sustainable, realistic plans that fit your lifestyle.
