Your 4 Weeks Includes: 3 Sessions per Week (x2 Strength + x1 Stretch & Core followed by a Coffee chat)
Strength Training (book x2 per week). Mix & match your 2 strength sessions to suit your week!
Tues 6:30–7:30am OR 1:00–2:00pm
Thur 6:30–7:30am OR 1:00–2:00pm
Stretch & Core + Coffee Chat: Every Friday 1:00pm. Includes nutrition guidance, supplements, natural mood enhancers, mindset & more
